David London is a Senior Director at The Chertoff Group, where he focuses on cyber risk management, incident response planning and cyber simulations for our clients. As a member of the Security Services practice area, David works with clients to assess, mitigate and monitor their enterprise’s most pressing cybersecurity risks. He advises senior decision-makers on how to prioritize investments in both a security and business context. He has led several high-profile strategic cybersecurity engagements in energy, financial services, retail, health care, and technology which have addressed the evolving cyber threat environment, the necessary elements to ensure a robust risk management program, and ways to improve private-public sector coordination across critical infrastructure.

Prior to joining The Chertoff Group, David spent nine years at Booz Allen Hamilton. During this time, David led the design and development of NERC’s Grid Security Exercise Series, growing this event into the largest sector-wide cyber/physical exercise in North America. He also directed company-specific incident response engagements that stress test operational, tactical and executive-level cyber readiness and led critical infrastructure sector participation in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Cyber Storm Exercise Series.
