With a focus on companies providing cybersecurity and intelligence solutions, Ms. Webster provides a wide range of advisory services to clients seeking to grow, buy and sell businesses with innovative, security-oriented technologies and services. Ms. Webster has spent her career, both in the private sector and in the naval reserve, between the San Francisco Bay Area and the Washington, DC Capitol Region, which enables her to provide clients with insights into innovation and business opportunities coming from both the Silicon Valley and Federal Government.
Before joining The Chertoff Group, Ms. Webster worked as an equity research associate at BayStreet Research, where she developed quantitatively driven analysis on wireless communications vendors to assist institutional clients in their investment making decisions and to enable industry clients to improve their business performance. In 2008, she received her commission as a Reserve Intelligence Officer in the United States Navy, serving with Commander Pacific Fleet for three years. She continues to serve today with Fleet Forces Command/Commander Tenth Fleet.
Ms. Webster is a FINRA registered representative and registered representative of Chertoff Capital, LLC, a wholly-owned broker dealer subsidiary of The Chertoff Group. She received her M.A. from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service in the Security Studies Program and B.A. from Dartmouth College in Mathematics.
