Kathy Barsness joined The Chertoff Group in 2018, and currently serves as Executive Assistant to Adam Isles, Lee Kair, Mira Ricardel and Aaron Roth.

In her role, Ms. Barsness provides high-level assistance coordinating meetings, global travel, and special project support. Prior to joining the Chertoff Group, Ms. Barsness spent time in the education field providing executive level support.
