Monica Rivero is a Senior Analyst in The Chertoff Group’s Strategic Advisory Services practice area.

Prior to joining The Chertoff Group, Monica held an Associate role at LaCire, a boutique consulting firm where she worked on a variety of federal strategy projects. Before LaCire, Monica was an Executive at Brunswick Group where she focused on crisis communications, cybersecurity incident response, and data privacy projects.

Additionally, Monica worked as an Associate Producer at CNN en Español’s DC-based show, Directo USA, and as a communications intern for Senator Kamala Harris’ Office in 2019. Monica is a graduate from Georgetown University where she majored in Government and focused her studies on Latin American policy and development.
