WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Chertoff Group today announced the appointment of Davi Hayes as senior director of Federal Strategy in Strategic Advisory Services. A proven business development leader with a background in both the public and private sectors, Davi will focus on helping clients expand their federal footprint and win business.
Davi specializes in comprehensive Federal Civilian, DOD, and Law Enforcement market assessment, go-to-market strategy, customer relationship engagement and development, partnerships and alliances.

Davi’s advisory experience includes telecommunications, network and security operations, proactive cybersecurity, application development, data analytics, AI/ML, case management, and technology business management.
Prior to working in the private sector, Davi served as a federal employee for over a decade supporting multiple components of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). During their tenure at Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Office of Finance, Davi oversaw an annual budget of over $14 billion, working with subject matter experts, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) analysts, and Congressional staff to formulate and execute the President’s Budget and Congressional Budget Justification documents.
