MC² Security Fund makes investments directly or through special purpose vehicles, such as MC² Titanium, LLC. Our private equity investments in cybersecurity, homeland security, defense technology, and government services target rapidly growing businesses.

Specifically, we look for companies that can benefit from our sector expertise and welcome active involvement in driving growth.

We recognize that every investment is unique and seek to design a capital solution to meet the particular needs of each company. This can include financing for acquisitions, organic investments in R&D and business development, or to support a recapitalization.

The Chertoff Group’s principals and senior executives represent a significant part of each investment and typically participate as investors, advisors, and/or board members.
