Senior Director with The Chertoff Group’s Geopolitical & Regulatory Risk practice where he helps organizations achieve their business and security objectives in complex risk environments.
Mr. Kintzer is a mission-driven professional with over 20 years of industry experience leading strategy, transformation, enterprise risk and operations engagements with a focus on measurable and sustainable improvements to performance and cost.
He most recently served as the Director of Customer Experience at a supply chain risk intelligence company, where he supported high profile customers across industries including telecommunications, FSI, insurance, manufacturing, aerospace & defense, and global public sector. In this role, Mr. Kintzer advised Fortune 500 firms and global organizations on SCRM assessments, implementing effective supply chain risk mitigation strategies, and establishing monitoring capabilities to proactively mitigate potential risks. Mr. Kintzer also worked as a management consultant with PwC for over a decade where he supported clients across both public sector and commercial markets.
Mr. Kintzer served as a U.S. Marine Corps officer and he currently serves as a mentor with numerous veteran service organizations. He is a past-President for the National Defense Transportation Association’s D.C. Chapter.
Mr. Kintzer earned his M.B.A. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his B.A. from Lafayette College.
